    Your day-to-day (as a Senior Accountant, you’ll):

    • Ensure the accuracy of revenue recognized each month
    • Perform monthly audits of sales orders for proper revenue recognition, data entry, and billing accuracy
    • Identify process improvement opportunities to automate and streamline workflow and strengthen controls
    • Establish controls necessary to ensure that revenue accounting execution is compliant with company policy and GAAP
    • Perform monthly/quarterly general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
    • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
    • Complete complex monthly and ad-hoc reports and supporting schedules
    • Participate in critical accounting projects including internal reporting and audit readiness
    • Support ongoing external reporting requirements as necessary
    • Engage in significant interface and collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Provide support for non-routine and/or significant transactions as needed
    • Take on additional accounting tasks and dive into ad hoc projects as needed


    What does it take to do this job?

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
    • 3+ years accounting related experience, public accounting experience preferred
    • CPA strongly preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Comfort with complex reconciliations and handling large amounts of data
    • Self-motivated, fast learner, with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Tech-savvy
    • Fluency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
    • Intacct experience a plus
    • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Trustworthy and discreet with confidential financial and employee data
    • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
