    Your day-to-day (as a Panel Manager, you’ll):

    • Recruit IT professionals online to participate in research, content and events for Spiceworks, and Spiceworks’ partners
    • Design, program & field basic recruitment screeners/polls
    • Identify optimal candidates for participation in Spiceworks’/partner research, content and events
    • Coordinate all field logistics (e.g., schedule interviews, ship products for trials, distribute incentives, etc.)
    • Collaborate with Spiceworks product teams to design an optimized recruitment/ participant tracking system
    • Support business development to determine project feasibility
    • Work hard, be creative, have fun, and get stuff done in an ultra fast-paced, innovative environment


    What does it take to do this job?

    • 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment — preferably involving panel engagement/ management
    • Stellar interpersonal skills and proven ability to work successfully with customers, internal teams, and management to make great results happen
    • Strong project management skills — you can prioritize, multi-task and complete complex projects flawlessly and under tight deadlines
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Out-of-this-world organization skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Power user of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Nice to haves: What will make this job easier?

    • A strong understanding of technology and IT, particularly B2B
    • Experience with research participant recruitment/tracking
    • Experience with social media and/or email marketing
    • Experience programming basic surveys (e.g., Survey Gizmo, Survey Monkey, Decipher, ConfirmIT, etc.)
    • Mastery in the art of memes
