    Responsibilities

    Your day-to-day (as a Lead Generation Coordinator, you’ll):

     

    • Request/receipt of materials from internal clients, upload assets, conduct proper targeting, and execute rules/templates
    • Interact directly with new and existing clients, our sales teams, and other teams using judgment and discretion on how to best resolve delivery issues
    • Assist with producing daily reports for Ops teams, running applicable reports to help maintain and prioritize tasks
    • Work with supervisor to help maintain reports, keeping them up to date and making changes as requested
    • Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of tasks managed by outsourced teams
    • Ensure campaign is properly implemented and delivering via QA tasks including: 3rd party reporting verification/validation, auditing of targeting for both national and international campaigns, and review other delivery reports
    • Work with Supervisor to help maintain reporting verification across all campaigns, ensuring they’re running and tracking accurately
    • Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change. Additional responsibilities may be delegated in order to assist meeting our goals and mission

    Qualifications

    What does it take to do this job?

     

    • 1-2 years of experience, preferably tech or digital media
    • Thrive working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
    • Extreme level attention to detail
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Comfortable with Excel
    • Ability to quickly pick up new platforms/software
