    Responsibilities

    Your day-to-day (as a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll):

     

    • Administration and support of Salesforce.com including managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules
    • Drive improvement of operational efficiency and system utilization (i.e., automation, design workflows/processes, build/present trainings, etc.)
    • Function as Project Lead and manage end-to-end projects for department heads in one or many of our key departments
    • Conduct (like a symphony!) organizational tasks such as sales analysis, support, and monthly revenue reconciliation

    Qualifications

    Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?

     

    • 3+ years of Sales Operations experience is preferred
    • Expert knowledge with Salesforce.com
    • Experience in SFDC building: workflow rules, custom objects, creating fields, process builders, validations rules, and adjusting page layout
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Efficient in analysis of Salesforce.com data
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
