Spiceworks is on the hunt for a Lead Generation & Delivery Operations Assistant on a part-time basis, for 3 months

    Responsibilities

    Your Day to day: As a first-rate Lead Generation & Delivery Operations Assistant you’ll own the execution of all our lead gen programs, and be perfectly at ease working across departments. You’ll work closely with other members of the team and some proprietary tools to manage the stream of leads, making sure the weekly ~2,500 lead records are accurate, in the right format and ready to be sent to our clients.

    • Receive and review about 20 complex data files per day, scrutinsing the data to make sure it’s up to our exacting standards
    • Keep track of which leads have been sent to whom and when, so you can provide management with up-to-date information on how the campaigns are going
    • Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that lead delivery is meeting client expectations
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders involved in the lead gen workflow
    • Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change.
    • Additional responsibilities may be delegated in order to assist meeting our goals and mission

     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications: What does it take to do this job?

    • Some previous work experience in an office environment
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Experience in data entry and an enjoyment for working in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail, strongly organised
