Spiceworks wants you! We’re looking for a Client Success Specialist (6 months contract, view to go permanent) who can help powerhouse tech brands meet and exceed their marketing goals.


    You’ll work collaboratively with our Sales, Creative, and Delivery teams to produce smart, effective campaigns that help our clients achieve their goals while driving our own exponential revenue growth. Oh, and you’ll enjoy the roller-coaster ride of it along the way!

    Your day-to-day (as a Client Success Specialist, you’ll):

    • Build great relationships with clients while consistently delivering successful outcomes for their Spiceworks advertising and marketing campaigns
    • Own all aspects of campaign execution from kickoff call to final performance evaluation and everything in between
    • Orchestrate the million-and-one moving parts (and deadlines!) required to deliver successful campaigns and then report and advise clients on how to take things to the next level
    • Work with internal sales, creative, and product delivery teams to ensure all aspects of a client’s campaign are implemented correctly and performing at or above benchmarks
    • Be the expert on all things Spiceworks. When our clients have questions, they come to you for answers
    • Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects concurrently without breaking a sweat
    • Deliver regular campaign reports summarizing current performance and recommending ideas for optimization to improve results over time
    • Help secure renewals and directly impact annual revenue goals  
    • Learn from senior members of the team and teach junior members of the team


    What does it take to do this job?

    • Some experience in a client facing, account management, client services, or customer success role (not your first rodeo)
    • Passion for online advertising. You’re eager to take your previous experience and apply it at Spiceworks
    • Commitment to excellence: it’s not just how you do your job, it’s who you are
    • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and understanding how to use that information to improve campaign performance
    • Solid understanding of online advertising standards, tools, and best practices
    • Overwhelming desire to join a diverse team of smart, driven, energetic, positive, fun, committed Spiceworkers
    • A command of Excel. You eat pivot tables for breakfast and snack on v-lookups throughout the day
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM system is preferred
