    Your day-to-day (as a Sr. Security Engineer, you’ll):

    • Assess vulnerability across networks, systems, and applications, starts appropriate processes to tend to threats, recommending solutions and remediations
    • Provide intrusion detection and intrusion prevention
    • Provide incident response and event monitoring/logging
    • Work with large data sets for report creation, automation, and presentation to non-technical and technical audiences
    • Provide network monitoring and escalation
    • Work with Security leadership to design and implement policies and procedures to adhere to industry standards
    • Educate, train and work collaboratively across the development teams on building secure platforms and implementing security best practices


    What does it take to do this job?

    • 5+ years of security experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the following:
      • Security operations, incident response/event management best practices
      • Cloud based environment - AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
      • Container and orchestration services
      • Cybersecurity compliance frameworks
    • Ability to work with large datasets and draw conclusions from them around Network/data Security
    • Must be self-driven and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Preferred certifications– CISSP, CEH, SANS, etc.
    • Four year Bachelor’s Degree is preferred for this opportunity
